For the liberalised businesses the increase was achieved thanks to a successful commercial policy based on the following principles:

  • multi-service offer;
  • proximity to the customer;
  • economic advantage;
  • transparency.

 

The pillars of the sales strategy are differentiated by category of customers: families, small and medium-sized companies, large companies, blocks of flats, public administrations.

Hera “Dual Fuel” commercial policy (cross selling Electricity leveraging upon Gas customers) obtained significant results in 2007 reaching 4.3 TWh sold to end customers (+38.4% vs. 2006).
